Tinsley Place Apartments

Recently signed a lease and couldn't be happier with the application and move-in process! Liz at the front office was prompt, thorough and kind in all of her requests and responses. Comforted knowing such a helpful and engaged person is running things, thanks Liz!n#Management

When I moved to Waco, I'd never spent time in the city and had no idea where to live. I toured several apartment complexes and house. Eventually, decided to move to Tinsley Place. I lived here for three years while in law school. When I initially moved in, the complex was owned by different people and run by different management. About a year and half in, the new management, ownership, and maintenance staff entered the picture. I have nothing but good things to say about them. If I had an issue, they worked with me to solve it as quickly as possible. I've lived in a lot of different apartment complexes and it's caused me to be hesitant to trust the staff at most places I've lived. The staff at Tinsley Place earned my trust. I never felt like they were trying to screw me over like I have at other apartment complexes. When the pandemic struck, they adjusted and continued to provide excellent service. They were extremely fair about the amount I received on my deposit after I moved out and were helpful throughout the whole process.nnI lived in a 2 bed room unit with a garage. So I never had issues with parking. The pool is smaller but was always clean. The staff does a good job planning events for the residents. I'd still be living here if I didn't move to another city. The only negative I can think of is there is no workout room but I knew that going in. The complex is generally quiet, which was important as a law student. It's close to a lot of fast food (both a positive and a negative), Baylor, and walking distance to the Backyard. The interstate construction made walking to campus a pain after the bridge over the interstate was destroyed. Would recommend planning on driving to school if you are a student. There are some monthly fees that get charged in addition to your rent (cable/internet/waste disposal) so factor those in when considering the price.nnOverall, this is a great place to live and everyone working on the property is awesome. I'd recommend living here.

My wife and I moved to Waco from Nashville, and needed to find a place very quickly. Liz in the leasing office was overly accommodating when we contacted them for a showing. She allowed us to see a floor plan we were interested in, but helped consult us on a better fit she thought we would like. She even offered to show us another property they manage in town, so that we could have all the info we needed to decide. We chose Tinsley Place because of its location to a lot of neat places in town, but also due to the experience made the search so much easier than other locations in town we worked with.nnWe have not lived in an apartment since the university years , so this is a relatively new experience for us. Upon move in, there were a couple of issues with the apartment we found during the move-in review. Liz and her team had these things accounted for and corrected within days of making them aware. I’m very impressed with the experience here and would recommend Tinsley Place to anyone wanting amazing accommodations, the best locations, and the top notch, professional staff to make their new home in Waco!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Liz. Liz was very helpful and patient with us! The Tinsley Place is a great place to live at. We loved that we could walk pretty much everywhere from here. 10/10 recommended.

I moved to Waco from California, the staff was really helpful and courteous. They helped from choosing the right place, to being here for me once I arrived to Waco. It's a great place to live. Not to mention they are within walking distance to a lot of food places, the Silos, Magnolia Press, The Findery, The Backyard Bar and Grill, Baylor University and downtown Waco. They are pet friendly too!
