In my experience, please choose wisely when dealing with realtors from this office. I had a very stressful time from the selling of my home and buying a new home. Don't be fooled by the reviews of many of their friends/family because its untrue. Unfortunately, I had Realtor Amy Guidry and this experience lacked professionlism, communication, empathy and does not have her client best interests at hand. If you don't ask questions, you will never know anything. This entire process was horrible. My buyers pushed back their closing date 4 times and she never once called me to inform me. I would have to call her to know anything. I even tried going to the office and was told that I would receive a call. Of course, no call back. Its so much more because she save things for the last minute. Then she needs the urgency of your response at the drop of a dime. She is not considerate of your time and doesn't work well with what you may need.
