We saw an ad for a property in Old Town located near 7th Street in Beaumont. My husband and I instantly fell in love with the property. The Duplex has high ceilings, authentic hardwood flooring, and overall charm. Jennifer was patient & kind. When we moved out—we continued to recommend Flats to Let to our friends, family, and acquaintances.nnThe best part about their properties are the location. It’s near Tacos La Bamba & Rosie’s Soul Food.nnIf you haven’t given them a call, then you are missing out.

I am grateful to of had stumble acrossnFlats to Let upon my arrival to Beaumont. I love the convenience of my place and the styled of their unique buildings.
