My mom rented from them the house had so many problems from plumbing to electrical. The lady Robin had my mom paying one amount for rent and then when a new lady was hired she said it was another amount so at the end of the lease my mom was left with over a $400 balance. Last month the policy was to send your rent in by mail now this month you have to go through some other complex method to pay your rent and no one thought to send out a notice the notify the tenants poor communication.

Very poor communication From property management side. Nobody answers phone calls or emails.

I was a first time home buyer in the Beaumont area and I was so lucky to have Lorie Lewis as my agent. She did a fantastic job highlighting homes that balanced my “wants” and “needs”. She was awesome when it came to meeting to look at houses and sharing the insight of an experienced professional. Despite the demanding market conditions when I bought my home, she and her team did an excellent job to respond quickly, ensuring that the home purchase was successful. Absolutely would recommend to anyone!

Association fees are paid but little effort is done when services or communications are needed.

Plumbing is horrible, they don’t want to fix stuff, has rats in the walls, parking lot is raggedy damages the bottom of your car, Mangement is poor, the WHOLE office is worthless but Wanda.
