If it were possible to give less than one star I would. The transaction, and total experience with Realty Depot of Texas was terrible. The broker, and agent specifically were the worst I have ever encountered. Communication with this company was extremely unprofessional. My home was under contract to close in 41 days, however the closing took 71 days. When the COVID 19 excuse ran out, the broker developed new excuses. Every day was a different doctor appointment, or something in the personal life keeping them from fulfilling their responsibilities.nOn the transaction specifically, the broker communicated with me knowing I was represented contractually by my agent. He informed me my agent was rude so he would not communicate with her.nLastly, this broker acts as a mortgage lender, and a real estate broker on transactions. In my opinion this should be illegal. At best it is unethical to not disclose this. This was not disclosed to me on the contract. I had to figure this out on my own.

My experience with Realty Depot of Texas as a renter has been great! Brandon and Tasha went above and beyond to help me, and I truly appreciate them! I look forward to transitioning from a renter to a buyer with them! I’d recommend this company to anyone! They are very professional and hands on and were truly a Godsend to my family!

I have had an opportunity to work with a few of Realty Depot of Texas's agents, and I must say, they have always been professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this agency to anyone seeking a home in the Southeast Texas area.
