Guy Stonecipher, owner and principal broker/Realtor, for USVA Realty is the most knowledgeable, most caring, and best negotiator I have worked with in the State of Texas. This is high praise, considering I have been in the mortgage business for 18 years and worked with agents throughout the nation; primarily Texas. I have a lot of experience with different Realtors and they can make or break a transaction. Believe it or not, choosing a Realtor is one of the most important decisions when purchasing a home. Guy is a pro in negotiating to get you the best possible deal; which in this market environment is vital. If you are looking to purchase a home in the Houston or Beaumont, areas you are making an EXCELLENT decision by using Guy as your Realtor!

Guy showed my wife and myself quite a few homes during our house hunt. He did a fantastic job and always seemed available. We finally settled on our first home and have made it our own.
