Sunrise Leasing & Management has been ABSOLUTELY terrific to my family and I. Mrs. Kathy and her entire team are always there whenever you need them to assist. The staff is very responsive to your needs/requests and highly professional. During my time seeking a new residence, they made the process super easy and pleasant. I now have a home which I love. I meet Kathy in 2018 I was looking to lease my mom's house for her since she was going to live with my for medical reasons. I quickly felt at ease with Kathy helping me through the process. Within the next 8 months we purchased two additional rental homes and Kathy has been a pleasure to work with on each rental property. Her and her team are always willing to help and go the extra mile to do what they can to ensure a not only good experience but a great experience! I am currently a tenant renting through Sunrise Leasing. I have rented several different places in both Texas and Louisiana throughout the years and have never had a better experience. They are professional, very responsive, and provide great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Kathy Scott and her team are professional and family at the same time. Sunrise Leasing has managed my home for years and have taken fantastic care of my property and those families who have chosen my home to live in. They are fast to respond and calm under pressure.
