I was walking up at 6:20 pm to the door and walk-ins and appointments are available. The lady met me at the door and just waved her hand back and forth. I told her I'm sorry I do not know what that means. She then opened the door and said no nails. She did not know what service I needed or wanted. I will never go here again due to the first impression on how I was treated.

I visit this nail place once a month for a pedicure. They are very good with their designs.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I waited over an hour just to have a rushed pedicure and my nails look like they were just glued on. It hasn’t even been a week and I’ve lost two without force. They rush the job if they think they’re about to lose a customer, instead of focusing on the individual in the chair who is PAYING at that time. This was my second and last time visiting. Both experiences were horrible (and please don’t let them do your lashes.. mine were painful and glue was hard and I was told they couldn’t help me remove them). To each his own though.

I was greeted at the door “how can we help you”, Told them full set and toes painted. “You want powder” I stated that i did not want powder, I want polish. Had nothing but aged, diluted polishes that i wasn’t interested in. I walked 2 doors down to the beauty store and purchased a cute pink polish for 1.99 and brought it back to the salon. Legit got the ugliest look from each of them. Told me to sit in one seat, then another, and then another. All while speaking another language. After continually conversing amongst one another in the language, which was not English. The looks continued. The lady that did my nails did a terrible job and tried to charge me 10$ for an over lay on 2 nails. I would NOT go here again
