First Mrs. Ontiveros will almost never respond your phone calls. Then when we leased a condominium we were not told that it was going to be placed in the market for sale and there would be no repairs to be done in it. The carpet is so dirty and old it is unbelievable they want people to live there, they did have it washed but it made no difference, now we are in there and they will not replace it because they are selling the place! Please beware when you lease from them and be sure they make all the changes you want before you move in! Also the appliances are very old and some were not working, we were unable to test them because there was no electricity when we saw them, even the AC was not working
