Horrendous Experience while renting with them. If for whatever reason you had an emergency come up and had to spend a lot of money, and you don’t have your rent money ready to be deposited to them on the first day of the month even if it’s on a sunday, it’s a $50 fee (maybe more now since a lot has changed) and plus $5 each day, they don’t feel sympathy for you. Honestly life happens! Sometimes the bills are higher than they normally are and now you’re a few dollars short and can’t complete the rent this month, they make the rent much higher. Not only that they BOMB your phone and sometimes you can’t answer because you’re driving or are just extremely busy. They don’t care. I DO NOT recommend renting with them.

I really liked a rental that was $875, I have no bad rental history and good credit, before mr ayong even checked my credit or rental history he informed me besides the deposit and rent, that because I didn’t have a savings account even though I made more than enough as well and was in no position of losing my job due to the fact that I’m a nurse he stated that I would then have to give him first months and last months rent and deposit plus admin fees totaling $2,475 JUST to move in to an $875 apartment ONLY because I didn’t have a savings account?? So future renters beware regardless of how good your credit or rental history or how much you make and yes even asked me how much I currently had in my bank account at that time?? Be prepared to still pay three times what you should, or go run and open a savings account, he didn’t specify how much he wants you to have in this “emergency savings” as he calls this requirement but if you really like a listing I suggest you go open a savings and put at least one months rent in it and not the one you plan on paying him when you live in either. He will want your bank statements, a copy of your emergency savings account, and of course the “ normal “ 2 check stubs, credit and criminal check, rental history, he will perform employment verification as well. I hope this helps all future renters as it would have prepared me to know before even calling him that I should have had a savings account or be prepared to pay him $2500 before move in before even having the chance to fill application , credit check etc! Good luck!!

An extremely dangerous experience to live in one of these properties. We found all kinds of bugs, insects, and even scorpions in our apartment, endangering the safety and security of our young children. We are quitting.
