I've come here before and often, but for some reason this business, slowly started to disappoint. This place turns down walk-ins because they are booked mind you I'm a constant customer for years since they opened. Walk in and NO ONE was there client wise. Then the manager says sorry we are all booked today. All seats are empty, not a customer in sight. It's Fine this establishment lost money and my future business. No longer referring my clients, friends, or family to this place.
Vivian always does an amazing job!
I used to love this place but the customer service has significantly declined. The woman that did my pedicure today was watching a moving on her phone with an ear pod the entire time. She was able to finish my nails but her attention and the quality of work suffered. Not sure why they are open on Sundays if they would rather watch movies.
My go to for emergencies. They are fast, do a good job and are open late.
Great place. Vivian is the best! Been going to her for several months. Always professional and does the best dipping powder nails in the RGV. Atmosphere is relaxed and staff is very friendly. Leah Childress Jones
