This was the worst experience ever I specifically showed the owner and nail tech a picture of the nails I wanted length and color and didn’t get nothing I wanted they made excuses for the reason they couldn’t do my nails how I wanted them the. The owner gave me nothing but attitude when I told her this isn’t what I wanted at all I’ll never be going back here and won’t recommend this place to anyone

Some girl named Ale or Alexis attended me . She had the worst attitude and the ugliest vibes . Never going back because of her . I liked the other lil skinny one she’s awesome and really friendly . But Ale has poor customer service and my nails aren’t even , even . Poor work . Never again ! This is like a botched surgery.

I asked for almond nails and instead got weird duck bill nails on 1 hand and somewhat almond on the other . 1 of them is crooked they are lumpy . she was very nice but either there was a language barrier or she truly didn’t know how to do almond shape or dip powder . I am truly disappointed as they cost $45 and now I am going to have to pay for someone else to redo them .
