My highest recommendation! I'm an income property owner, AND a commercial Real Estate Broker, like Sanford. I hired them to find a tenant for the entire bldg.because they are more local to the property location, and could do a better job than I could. And they did! Got top competitive rent, a quick signing and occupancy, and a strong, well vetted tenant. I have other industrial properties nearby, and Sanford will be my agent again when needed.nRick

I met John B. Sanford in 1978. John was kind enough to sponsor me in Real Estate as an Agent. I learned so much from John, for which I am forever grateful. Early on, John had an innate understanding of Homes. I remember him showing me a home in North Loop area for $28,000 and one in Rosedale for $35,000, suggesting that the Rosedale home would be a better investment. John is considerate, respectful, resourceful, kind, highly knowledgeable man of integrity. In recent decades, John is considered the go-to-Broker for Commercial Buildings and Land in the IH-35 South Corridor. Someone in Austin, or San Antonio divesting of substantially valued real estate, or wishing to locate substantially valued Real Estate should list or buy with John to maximize their return/benefit. If someone is shopping or selling Commercial Land or Buildings in Buda or Kyle, John should be their Broker. No one knows the important details of block to block in that region better. John knows of Properties, that are unlisted, that are in his back pocket, based on his many years of experience. John will not hesitate to pick up the phone, and call them on your behalf. He remembers Owners that had tried to sell their property previously, but the property is not on the market now. When dealing with another Broker, that Broker is always delighted to work with John.
