From my visit I learned to never touch my curls again, not even to repaint my hair, after 15 years being a blackhead, (if the Walmart boxes, this is wrong I know) I arrived with beautiful curls but when bleaching my hair, my hair got burned, the curl was totally damaged. could it happen? I don't know, was it her fault? I also do not know, because of the products? who knows. What I do know is that I never color my hair again. I learned from this experience and I will never return.

Very bad experience, bring the sample of a hair toppers for the color and I just went for a simple dye and cover the gray hairs, my color was ligth brown and I came out with a black, sorry I never came back

Beware! I had my second appointment at Salon One 12 today. It will be my last. My first appointment was 4 weeks ago. I had a root touch up, low lites, cut and glaze. My hair was blonde. I ask Anjelica for a more natural blonde and low lites. I left with brown hair and very little blonde. The brown was purple. The blonde was gray. Had to go buy Clarifying shampoo along with purple shampoo to correct it. I went back today for a root touch up and explained to Anjelica what happened. The color came out right this time. I processed longer. My first root touch up was 65.00. I was told that’s what the price would be for my touch ups. I was charged 68.00 for the touch up PLUS 60.00 for extra color. I was never told in advance about this. She never mixed more color nor did she touch up more than she did the first time. Salon One 12 lost 2 clients today.

First time at Salon one12, and my last. Definitely one of my worst haircuts since moving to the ATX area over four years ago. Maybe it's because I rushed and went with the first appt that fit my schedule instead of going with one of the recommended stylists, but the Angelica didn't believe me nor listen to me. I told her my hair type (fine, thick and heavy) and would need layers as I also hate blunt cuts on me. I was getting it chopped off, stating I wanted an asymmetrical angled bob with the shortest length in front to be at my collar bone and the shortest length in back to be right where your neck meets the torso. She took off about 3 inches too much, put some bad layers on one side and left the other blunt. I had her style it wavy as this is how I usually wear it and she couldn't even curl some spots saying that they were too short. Thankfully I have some skills with hair and have been able to add some layers to the blunt side, and also curl those sports she said were too short. Oh, and it's also not angled. It's just a bad short bob.
