Great place to live at! Location is so convenient and close to places and areas that I frequent. Reception is great in all areas of the apartments. NO pests, thank goodness. Friendly and unproblematic neighbors and even friendlier staff. Freddy is AWESOME! Ask for him if you’re trying to check the place out! He is very well informed, punctual, and just so accommodating overall. Thank you, Freddy!!! Traffic is not too bad unless it’s rush hour which is normal for anywhere along i10. It is a safe environment even during nighttime. Been really happy about the improvements over the past year.

I love my apartment! Thank you Freddy for helping me choose my perfect home. He was awesome because he listened to what I wanted and found the location that works for me. I’ve been here for almost six months now and realize that I truly love this location and am glad he was there. I’m on the first floor with really rad stained concrete floors and a beautiful pool view.

I love 7 Square apartments. Awesome have a very well manicured lawn and also bags and bins for whenever Fido has to number two. The units are spacious, have hardwood floors plus washer and dryers already installed. Awesomeness to the extreme. The swimming pool is also gorgeous, fell in love with this complex super quick.

I have been a resident for several years and I’m really pleased by how quickly management has responded to work order and keeping the property safe.nnIf you work in the heights or wfh the layouts give you a lot of flexibility while giving easy access to all areas in northwest Houston.nnI appreciate all the hard work that Angelica and our new property manager have done recently to ensure this keeps being an awesome place to live.nnThe view of the Houston skyline is beautiful. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here with my wife for a couple of years. Ever since the management has been changed, I have no complaints. The landscaping is better, the employees are nicer, and the apartments are way better! The property manager is the sweetest and is always willing to help
