I love it here. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Ramon, the property manager, is quick to address/resolve complaints. The price is reasonable and the location couldn’t be better. I’m only minutes away from my job. Can’t beat that.

Gunshots through my bedroom wall. Twice within 16 months. In Dec. 2018 there was shooting on the street and a bullet went through the 2nd bedroom wall and ceiling (the wall is an exterior wall). Thankfully I was not in the room at the time and nobody got hurt. I thought it might have been someone acting irresponsibly shooting a gun from a vehicle and just out of bad luck it ended there. We filed a police report at that time. But tonight (April 2020) it has happened again. 3 shots outside, and a noise in the 2nd bedroom. After inspecting, I see a bullet-size hole on the bedroom wall and debris from the broken drywall on the carpet and furniture. No one got physically hurt, but this is hard to interpret as coincidental anymore. I was having a panic attack from this. Now that I have spoken to the leasing office manager about this, I am very disappointed because they are essentially saying that this is not their fault and not doing much to help me move out of there ASAP. I fear for my life being there.

Excellent place to live. Staff was very helpful and nice upgrades in the units. Quiet and peaceful place.
