It funny how the office peoples want charge you money for anything you do but let me break it down for So called maintenance man don’t never come help us in our apartment even when we already told the peoples in the office about. It been two months nothing haven’t got done with the wall or nothing even when we request it. The maintenance mans help other peoples who they want to. I feel like they want more money from peoples instead of worrying about what I need done at this apartment for real. That messed up but beside it nice but be more smart about it when u move here. Overall it quiet and nice area.

I Have Lived Here for 3 going on 4 years and i have never heard of anyone getting shot at in this apartments. i have no complains i love that its All Bills Paid

These apartments are very good for a budget person.... not as dirty as people make it out to be. The people at the front seat were way more than helpful and really worked with me.. also ALL BILLS INCLUDED!!!

been living here for 3 months and I love it. Being in the spring branch area now days is very hard to find a peaceful place me and my wife love it maintenance staff and office staff are on top of our needs and manager is always walking with them every morning I don't work so I get to see what happens during day. Not too long ago they had a party for in office just for their residents really enjoyed it. Property very well kept I would recommend
