Michelle and her team are everything you could want in a realtor. From expert advice on marketing your home in the best possible light to bringing in highly skilled and competitively priced contractors as required, overseeing the work, roping in the opinions of interior designer friends, facilitating financing, helping with the paperwork, and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local market, the team goes all out to help their clients efficiently and effectively. We have now used them multiple times, and each time they go above and beyond. They seem to be available at all hours to answer any questions with a smile--Michelle even returned our calls while out on a full-day's bike ride! We're so glad to have found such customer-oriented professionals.

We relocated to Houston from UK in 2019 and Michelle Hinton was recommended to us. She and Rick were amazing, they helped us understand the buying process in Houston, and really listened to us and took time to understand what we were looking for. We felt like they wanted us to find the right home, not just buy a house so they could earn a commission. They also helped us with various vendors and supported us throughout the buying process. I highly recommend Michelle as a realtor, she has excellent knowledge and we had full confidence in her abilities.

Michelle and her team are EXCELLENT at what they do. With their help, we were able to have our home under contract less than two weeks on the market. Her team did a phenomenal job marketing the home, taking professional photographs, and guiding us through how to stage our home to ensure the home sold quickly as possible at the price point we were aiming for. Purchasing a home immediately became a priority and we were also able to find a home we love and close on it on the same day as the home we were selling (which we recognize is rare). While the entire process was quick, Michelle was extremely thorough and informative when explaining the current market and financial breakdowns so that we could make the most informed decisions. She also provided us strategic advice when making decisions during negotiations and shared with us strong/reliable contacts for interior designers, contractors, roofers, pool maintenance, home inspectors, and much more.
