These Apartments Are Trash, None of The Apartments They Were Advertising Were ready. Weird Ppl Hanging around Everywhere . Lady in The Front office Customer Service Was Off . There’s Definitely Better places in Houston You can Find For this Price.

When I went for a tour the manager was so helpful. I can’t wait to be a resident. And the one bedroom apartment that I seen. It’s what I am looking for. Thank you for the great experience.

Spring Gardens has improved in the past year. The manager is so nice and is always so attentive with us the residents. Always aware of our needs and tries to make everything happen for us to be happy.

Come see Milly if you are in search of an apt, she will take care of you and will make you feel right at home from the minute you walk into her office. the community looks good and the maintenance service is great.
