Imagine hearing you won’t qualify for a home for your family unless you meet a long list of qualifications; hearing you need to wait and give it some time. How much longer will you wait? How many “No, I can’t help you”s can you take? Well if you’re anything like my husband and I, then you’ve reached your limit and had enough. After reaching out to Mrs. B. McDaniel, our wait was finally over. She worked very quickly to get us our home. Her service went above our expectations.Her communication is top notch and she lets you know she’s there every step of the way. Let me not forget her photography skills! We are so glad to have her through this process and journey. No disappointments here !

Brittany was very helpful and went above and beyond. When I didn’t get the place I wanted she immediately called with another option. She made a stressful situation less stressful by calling ahead setting the appointment for me and also sending over my paperwork. I would definitely be using her services in the future.

Brittany is amazing ! Very professional . We let her know exactly what we were looking for in a home and she made it happen ! She’s been our go to realtor for years . She helped us with our first rental property and find our dream home ! I love that she is patient and kind, she takes her time to make sure all of your questions are answered and you get everything you want and need .
