I want to thank Adam for selling my house so fast (and over asking price). When I interviewed Adam I could tell he was enthusiastic and a go getter. He was a pleasure to work with, gave me help every step of the way and used new technology to insure my house was marketed successfully. He had my house under contract in less than a week at a record price per square foot for the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Adam.

Adam was highly recommended to me through a friend of mine. My friend had a great experience with him so I decided to give Adam a try. As you know I have worked with many other realtors and I find many of them to be unhelpful.nnWith Adam I had the opposite experience. Adam was EXTREMELY helpful. I was a first time home buyer at the time and Adam answered all my questions and responded right away , he even assisted us with homeowners insurance and helped with inspections (made sure we got a very quality inspector) and coordinated our closing meeting erg the title company. Not only was he helpful and informative about the housing market in Houston, he is also very personable and you will enjoy your time with him.nnIt is true, Adam is very passionate and ambitious about what he does and it definitely reflects on his work. I will be using him when the time comes to sell my house.
