The service was good. The young lady that did attended me had great customer service. I had went a day before inquiring on a full color change. Mary/Maria told me they could do it. After seen what they did it wasn’t what I asked for. I got in my car a literally cried. I don’t put an agreement because of my blood pressure. Am not saying what they did wasn’t good. Am only saying it wasn’t what I asked for.
They have a great customer service, a good experience ill come back for a retouch I love my hair !

My husband used to always get his hair done here with a guy his name is Johnny or something like that. Every since he opened up his own shop on Campbell Rd he has not returned to Palomas because the ladies here messed up his hair once and he was not very happy with the way they cut his hair. However i personally have not used their service i am only speaking bases on the experience my husband had.
