This is Delphine Hammer my husband’s name is just the one that shows.nI’ll begin by saying that the home I was trying to sell was in real estate terms a “unique property.” An approx 4000sf home, on 2.8 acres on a busy highway, with other homes and some businesses around it. It had been built very well but needed an infusion of upgrades. I had listed with 4 different realtors over the last 5-6 years and had always just given up when the house didn’t sell and few if any showings had been done after 6 months with each realtor. From the first meeting Teresa was different. She jumped right in with ideas and scheduled an open house. She did more showings in 6 months than all the previous realtors had shown the house all together. I don’t know WHERE all the people came from. Her idea was that it would just take that ONE buyer and if you showed it enough you would find that buyer. We had 3 contracts but each time something went wrong with the buyers’ financing. We negotiated, we compromised and finally #4 was the winner!! Teresa was a constant source of positivity and inspiration. She is tenacious and perseveres through the obstacles. If you have given up, try Teresa before you throw in the towel.
