Tommi is absolutely the best realtor I’ve ever had, and I have bought and sold 5 or 6 homes in the last 43 years. She was up front with what we needed to do to sell the house for what we wanted to get for it and she made it happen! She did an excellent job of explaining everything I didn’t understand, and followed up with an email or text so I would have it in writing. Tommi is friendly, warm and caring! I have never had a realtor before her that I would recommend to anyone else!! I would recommend her to anyone - just do what she tells you and let her do the rest!!

We moved from Colorado to Texas, in December 2020. We had a marvelous realtor, named Molly Stauffer, in Boulder, she was excellent helping us solve problems. Molly researched realtors in the Texas area, we wanted to move. We not only hit the jackpot with Molly, but she found a wonderful realtor to help us locate the ideal location and home, in Pottsboro. Tommi Sue Homuth with Tracy Realty, is an outstanding realtor. This lady has spent time helping us in so many areas! Her assistance helped tremendously in relieving stress and anxiety in moving. Tommi Sue located a place for us to stay until we could close and move into the house we desired and the price was reasonable. Tommi Sue helped us locate the perfect people to assist us in whatever we wanted to change, in the house. Tommi Sue excels in excellence and caring about people. We highly recommend Molly Stauffer, in the Boulder area and Tommi Sue in this Texoma area of Texas, for all your real estate needs! Tracy Realty has been so helpful in many ways, from showing me various properties for sale and assisting in successful property tax remediation. They are truly community oriented having moved their corporate office to downtown Main St. and supporting many local charitable organizations. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
