My husband and I recently purchased a home in Mead Oklahoma. The real estate agent we worked with was Nancy Vincent of Vincent Realty in Denison Texas. We had been looking for a while for a home with some acreage. We didn’t mind if the house itself needed some work. We are not the sort that need all the expensive trendy upgrades. We just wanted a cozy and comfortable place that felt like home the minute you walked in the door. During a walk through of a home that the owner was considering putting on the market, Nancy knew it was exactly what we where looking for. The house had been vacant for some time, but through the dust and stuff, she could see the charm that she knew would appeal to us.nWhen it came to the business transaction, Nancy handled it as if it was her own. She is a true professional that is courteous and friendly, with superb communication. Besides the outstanding representation as our agent, she goes above and beyond what is expected. My husband and I both came down with COVID-19. Nancy called to check on us and offered to run errors or pick up grocery items that we might need.nWe had the very best experience with Nancy. Nancy has worked with me on a matter that was a complete nightmare. She finally got it resolved. I would not however do business with her husband at all. He is a crook and leaves Nancy to handle his business. Work with Nancy not Ben!
