I would give zero stars if possible. The apartments are small, which isn't that big of a deal. However, when I moved in it was dirty and one door was hanging off of a hinge. Communication with the front office staff is impossible primarily due to the fact they do not answer the phone and are not in the office during posted business hours. The price isn't worth the inability to get repairs done or communicate with anyone in management.

Could be great with care and attention. Need experienced on-site manager and maintenance.

They promise vital repairs that affect the safety of the apartment but we've waited six weeks and they still can't give me a date. I would never recommend this place. The manager is often not available or in and they did a terrible job setting up our apartment before we moved in.

I’ve been here for 2 years and it’s been great! Any issues I’ve had (which have been minimal) have been fixed the same day. No complaints! Love living here!

I would give this place a 0 if I could. Management is NEVER in the office and will not return my phone calls.
