Great place and would recommend to anyone looking for a town home in Garland. I lived here 1yr and never had any problems with neighbors nor maintenance.

I have been here for 1year and 2month , I had my car sticker and they tolled my car , the apartment lady said its up to the toll truck company to charge me or not , this is so in sane ,after calling the toll truck company and they confirmed that my sticker was on the car but at that time they didn't see it , they still ask me to pay half of the money ... so funny how people scheme people. If I live in an apartment and my apartment management support this scheme than this is not a place where any one should live.

Do NOT let them full you!!! everything was good until we moved out. when we moved out they were RUDE we cleaned the apartment and I have pictures and videos of everything and they were charging us over $2,000.nI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

Great apartment complex! The manager is really friendly and helpful. Maintenance is really quick to complete work orders too which is nice. No complaints!

Just moved in last month from some apartments off Jupiter and I was robbed twice (daylight) and my car got broken into. Here it's nice and peaceful. The staff are nice and helpful. Everything is walking distance.
