Excellent apartment. Haven’t had any issues with staff or facilities. Leasing/apartment staff are very friendly and good at their job. Rent is a little on the high side, but after living here for a few months it’s well worth it. Everything is always incredibly clean. Parking garage actually has an appropriate number of spots. . A+ really recommend this place.

Great experience! I was looking at apartments in the Garland community and I found Brandon Walk online. I fell in love with the location , so I scheduled a tour. I met with Sarah and she was fantastic, she helped me find the best apartment and floor plan within my budget!! and she was so responsive and friendly. It definitely helped to break the ice and build a relationship with her and the others in the leasing office. I would definitely recommend her and the Brandon Walk property.

The apartments are a little dated from the inside but at least the outside is clean and quiet. I didn't see people loitering and I didn't hear loud music, which is the reason I'm moving from my current place. Teresa showed me the apartment, she was very nice and answered all my questions. She also asked lots of questions and made me feel like she really had an interest in what I wanted. My lease does not expire until November, so I wont leave a deposit soon, but Brandon Walk will be on top of my list.

Both the manager and the leasing agent are always very friendly when ever I have a question or maintenance problem. The maint. people show up at my apartment the same day I call for service. I always see the manager every week walking around with a clip board and she always waves at me when I'm sitting on my patio. The apartments are very clean from the outside and I enjoy having shade from all the big trees. I recommend Brandon Walk to live at if you want peace and quiet and an office staff who really cares.
