Just had a tour session with through some amazing Stoneleigh Place Apartments. It was fun. I hope I hope I have a good time living with mosaic next year.

My experience living here the last year and a half has been positive. Repairs/maintenance are almost always done in 1 day

Do not waste your money on this establishment. Management is poor maintenance is horrible nothing is ever fixed and if it is they have to come back a week later and refix and then still may not work. Office personnel is rude never get.a chance to speak to the right person The only saving grace is property supervisor selma

These are the worst apartments to live in. Currently my heat doesn’t work. 11-13-19.It’s 34 degrees right now. My son and I are freezing. Within the same month November my lights, water and heat has been out. My lights blew out bc I turned on my heat. Which no on call personal contacted me back allllll weekend until Monday. The cold water was off within the same week with No notification, the office lady said she wasn’t even aware. Also I’ve been charged $381 for carpet replacement like another lady on here, but I have videos showing my carpet couldn’t have needed replacement. They do charge you for random stuff. I also have pictures and videos of my horrible, dirty apartment that I transferred into. Please do not move into these apartments unless you really have to.
