The staff at Orchard Hills are fantastic. The office is very professional and maintenance keeps the place looking great. I would highly recommend living here. Great value.

I tried to call the numbers listed on here and seem it doesn't go to Orchard Hills. Website does not direct to Orchard Hills either. Anyone got contact info only for Orchard Hills?

I have lived in many apartments over the years and this by far is the worst of them. In my stay here there was never fully working utilities and the water got cut off at least once every two weeks without warning. I had decent down stairs neighbors although the walls are thin and I would asume the place is full of asbestos. I found a dead rat and a plethora of rat droppings in the air vent when I moved in; that should have let me know that ownership and management there are were as good as that dead rat. If you anyone except Hispanic there will be a non refundable deposit, I say this as a warning as 5hey have no record of my deposit and unless you are used to Mexican parties and staying up late due to loud noise this place is not for you.

This apartment arent the best. The heater does work been asking to get fixed for 5 months. Hot water works every now and then. Floors are caving in and walls are leacking so are the ceilings.

The manager ignores her tenants and fights a lot for air conditioning and parking
