I am currently living here and it is honestly such a great place to live. It is a 100% student community housing so with students comes noise which is totally understandable. The amenities they offer are fabulous including the monthly activities.

This is a nice place but in an emergency no one helps not management or maintenance .nMy Uncle was taken to the hospital and the EMT's had to break open the door , I called the office , emailed them several times and guess what NO CALL BACK AND DOOR IS STILL OPEN AND BROKE . ANYONE CAN GET INTO THE APARTMENT AND STEAL BUY DOES MANAGEMENT CARE NO NO NO, I called the emergency maintenance and Jesus called right back . this is a shame that emails and phone calls to management went UNANSWERED FOR OVER 2 WEEKS .nWOULD YOU WANT TO LIVE HERE NO NO WOULD YOU WANT YOUR MOTHER OR FATHER LIVE HERE I DONT THINK SO.

My mother's body sat for 2 days undiscovered but that's not my complaint with Primrose Place. Calls to their emergency maintenance line and the regular office line were never returned. 2 weeks following her death, they still haven't transferred the electricity account to the complex and I can't without the death certificate. My 3rd issue with them is repeatedly raising the rent to exhorbitant rates on someone with a fixed income. A friend went to check on mom late the evening of August 1st, I called the emergency maintenance line 3 times over the course of 2 hours and the police called as well with no response before forcing the door open. I also left a message on the regular office number and never received a return call the next day. After I had been in her apartment all day until late afternoon the day after the door was kicked in, I stopped by the office. They're excuses for the way they handled the situation were less than adequate. And still my dead mother is accruing an electric bill. No I do not recommend this apartment complex.
