DO NOT RENT FROM THIS CROOK!!!! She charged us a double deposit and after 3 years, she figured out a way to keep it all and said we owed her!!!! She kept over $2600.00!!! If you rent from her, expect to be taking her to court!

DO NOT rent from this crook! She illegally kept $715 of my deposit with trump up fees but what she fail to realize is that I have pictures of everything! I have text messages that show how she said if I get the water turned off in my name she will take it out my deposit! What? That's illegal, you can't make me keep water on in a house I no longer live in. I have proof for every trumped up charge, I have pictures to show the house was left in good condition after 6yrs. I have pictures to show the yard was mowed but yet this crook charged me $50 for mowing. Crook I got pictures with you in them so yeah any judge gone see straight through you!
