Ramesh is a shady person, please please be careful when you deal with this man, he uses bait and switch, meaning, he promises lower price, and in the last minute he says that this space is rented out, and the more expensive space is available.nWasted a lot of my time, I went and applied a Certificate of Occupancy in the City of Garland, and in the last minute he stated to me that the more expensive unit is available.nI wonder how this shady guy stays in business as a realtor. Will be taking up this matter with the City of Garland and also with Realtors association.

I have lived in a Metro Realty Services property for almost 3 years now. I am very satisfied with this company. Anytime there is an issue at my home. Ramesh is always quick to respond. I just recently had an issue with my ac system and he got me a new unit in less than 48 hours. I recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a property.

Ramesh is the best at this. He was our selling agent for our house we sold in Frisco, TX this week. To us, more than an agent, he was our guide and most trusted advisor as he was there with us all along, giving the best advise possible, doing everything with complete integrity and always available to answer any questions we had. It was such a pleasure working with him and he did all the heavy lifting so we never had to really worry about anything as we knew he was always looking out for our best interests. I would recommend Ramesh to anyone anytime.

We have been renting our church building from Mr Ramesh for the past 4 years. As a pastor i gave known him for about 8 years. He is a good man and very honest. He has helped us in many ways to make things easier for us. Mr Ramesh has been a great blessing to us at His Ambassadors. Timely repairs, easy to talk to, understanding and nice.

I normally don't give 5 stars easily, but this company deserves more than 5 stars. The owner is sincere, punctual to schedules and a great customer service.nI have rented from here 10 years and very satisfied with this company.
