Lived here for a little over a year and a half and have got nothing but good things to say about the place. I had a studio on the third floor, which was basically a small one bedroom apartment; & loved it. Parking garage was very convenient, safe neighborhood, maintenance was awesome & downtown garland square was a minute was away. Donnell in the front office was great in helping me out with everything; from first getting the apartment, to the time I had to move out.nnIf I ever have to look for another apartment in Garland, I will definitely look to go back to City Station.

Overall, this is a good place to live. Downtown Garland is very cute and being next to the DART station is convenient too.

Despite having to deal with our downstairs neighbor I enjoyed my stay at these apartments. My now husband and I loved it and if ever needed to move from our house we would def go back. Chelsey was so helpful many times! Brian whom is no longer there was so helpful too!

Best apt I've ever lived in, hands down. This is the best deal you'll find in the Dallas area (trust me I've looked, multiple times). The apts are new and clean and aren't over-priced. Very energy efficient (the lowest utility bills ever!) Great amenities. Safe. Cool little downtown spot by some restaurants & shops. Also the staff is awesome, they've always been helpful and courteous to me, and from what I've seen they treat everyone in the same manner. I was there for 2 years and would've stayed longer, but my wife and I needed to be closer to work & school. I can't say enough good things about this place, I loved living there!

Very dirty. Trash is always piled up. When work orders are put in, you never hear from anyone at the office, not even a text or email. Have told apt complex about people parking on the 2nd and 3rd floors from the library who don’t have parking permits, and nothing is ever done. My apt’s AC went out in the summer and my 2 puppies were there during the day when it went out. My husband and I went down to the office to advise them of the issue and was told they would put a work order in but it was not considered an emergency. Fire alarms went off several times the last couple months, one of them being in the middle of the night. Please use your money somewhere else. It’s too expensive for the service or lack thereof that we are provided.
