I can tell you one thing these reviews on here are fake look at the pictures and look at the set wording of their reviews I'm going to tell you some truth this houses are falling apart he takes advantage of people that have credit problems tell them if they can fix up the house you're still going to pay full double price. Sunday we went out to look at one of his houses the roof was laying on the floor the wiring was sticking out of the walls and out of the ceiling. it was trashed falling down and he wanted half a million dollars for it. Two weeks ago we could we send him a deposit an application and application fee on one of his houses everyday I wrote him asking about the application everyday today I found out they listed the house 2 weeks ago they were going to just keep the money and just keep selling it over and over and over this man is bad news last year we tried to go look at one of his houses and get over there and the doors are locked he has his crawl through the back window we see that there is a squatter there he has us throw out the squatters filthy mattress and clothes and he had us call the police department because they have so many complaints on this man it's unreal scam artist I fell while I was at that house with Sunday and I busted my two back teeth he's going to pay for it one way or the other and I have videos if y'all would like to see them just write me and tell me what has you want to see and I'll just run out there and go see it

I have rented apartments from this company for 2 years. I am now upgrading and I'm currently in the process of purchasing a home from them!! I am so excited Khosrow was able to give me a second chance even with an eviction on my record. Do not fall for these fake bad reviews. Never trust this company. They will try to rob you within an inch of your life.

I was evicted from my property just recently and couldn't find a company who would accept me as a result. When all hope seemed lost, I found this company. The owner and the employees were very helpful with getting me in. They offered me another chance by giving me options to pay off my deposits. Even though my credit was good and no criminal background whatsoever, I still had to pay a deposit for my rental history. However, the owner was kind enough to set a payment plan for me. No company I know does this. I would definetely recommend them
