Lindsey Grissette is not my realtor but I wish she had been. She has so much knowledge and is not afraid to share it. Lindsey helped me with my Denton County Tax Valuations. She took the time to explain everything to me and she told me exactly what to do and it paid off. I will tell everyone I know that is in need of a realtor to contact Lindsey Grissette.You will get more than someone just selling you a home, you will get someone that actually explains things to you and really cares and her professionalism and kindness will make you feel comfortable. If I could go back in time and meet her prior to getting my home I would have chosen her as my realtor.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable realtor, Lindsey Grissette is your person! As a new homeowner, I did not know how to protest my property tax valuation in Denton County and was approaching the deadline to file. Lindsey took the time to explain the process and provided me with Comps for similar homes in my area. She emailed the document to me and made herself available for questions. In addition, Lindsey followed up with me to ask about the ease of filing my protest. Due to Lindsey’s assistance, I received an offer to lower my taxes $12k lower than my original proposal. Who wouldn’t want a Realtor that will go above and beyond for their client??? I certainly appreciate her professionalism and highly recommend Lindsey if you are in the market for a new home or whatever your needs may be. Lindsey was an awesome help, when I needed assistance with area comps. I was able to use the information provided to dispute my taxes. They were lowered more than I expected. I definitely plan on using her for future real estate endeavors!

Lindsey was AMAZING! When I received my tax estimate this year, the value had increased by almost $45,000. Lindsey posted on Nextdoor offering her services by providing comps to help folks protest. Although many had responded before me, Lindsey was quick to get back to me and after a brief exchange, was able to provide comps, even though it was difficult in my area. I protested and was able to get the value reduced to last year's number! She saved me a lot of money and even offered to help me again next year!!! Lindsey is professional, responsive and just an overall kind person. If I decide to buy or sell in the future, she will be my first call and she should be yours too!
