So much fun working with Sally and her team. Ernest came and put our new light fixtures up and stained our fence. She had an answer for everything! The realtor was easy, but the Realtor company screwed up our closing process. They sent the 'admin fee' cost to the loan officers processing our house, after closing. So when we went to get the cashiers check for closing and go to sign closing documents...they say we needed more Money added to that. As if we are not stressed enough...to be told that we are missing $ from the pre-written proof of how much to make out the cashiers check for.
