there where times where they said they had my package. I would go to the office and say you have my package they would say they would not then later id come back and theyd pull out a package i saw earlier in the day. No communication between staff.nnConstant problems with the doors in our apartment not closing fully/ being hard to open.nnconstant construction on a NEW apartment for some reason.nnSpiders and bugs all over the stairwellsnnOnly the first floor hallways were cleaned every week probably to have a nice show for new renters. Other floors where cleaned once a month if lucky.nnA couple of fixtures where not affixed with dry wall anchors and came out with ease.nnMultiple times a week I would have to park 1000ft away from my apartment.nnMaintenance staff was at least nice and responded fast.nnOverall would never recommend to anyone. Especially for the prices you pay. Maybe for a weekend home it could be fine?

Great so far, can't wait to go swimming and enjoy the guy more. The staff is top they great you with a smile and are ready to help. My experience here was far from luxury. First there are huge spiders and spider webs everywhere, on your car, on the stairs, in front of your door, on your balcony and in your apartment. I had a spider infestation at one point and the office did nothing to assist me. I had to pay out of my own money to have the problem fixed. There response to me was that maintenance only had wasp spray. Parking was terrible, you can forget about parking next to your house if you are home after 5pm. My car was even tagged with a terrible word I care not repeat and again the apartment office did nothing to investigate or appease the situation. Internet, the connection is terrible out here. I've had issues with connection my entire time here. Noise: the amount of young people that live here makes noise a HUGE issue. I had to call the police on my neighbors for 6 months straight and you bet ya the apartment didn't even address the issue until I threatened to sue them and break my lease. Elevators: beware of the full on disgust, residents let there dogs pee and poop in them and don't clean it up. Let's not even get started about the amount of animal poop that around the property that doesn't get picked up, it's totally disgusting. The shower water smells like it comes straight from the lake. The police are at this property everyday dealing with something. Property staff is down right worthless, lazy, unresponsive and poorly trained! Overall, my experience was absolutely terrible especially because I paid for luxury living and got college dorm living. Please head my warning, DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I have been a resident here for over a year and love this place! Haley, Kim, and Bethany have made my transition from moving in to transferring to another unit seamless. ❤ufe0f They work with you, listen to your concerns, and help to keep you happy while you are a resident at The Mansions at Bayside. I’ve been waiting to write this review for a while until it was time my lease was over. I’m not a huge review person but I feel the need to post a review on this complex. When I moved in originally this place was brand new last year, less cars, less people, pleasant. After I moved in, I called the front office several times to let them know the person above me was like elephants having a party every night. They continuously told me they don’t get involved and for me to work it out, well gee...don’t you think you should offer to help out a paying customer and try to at least resolve the issue? These walls are paper thin, god help you if you live on the first or second floors. There are spider webs everywhere hanging from stairs and cob webs not cleaned up. During COVID I was told that they’re not allowing anyone to break their lease even if you have a serious health issue which I’d mentioned several times that I was a high risk and they still decided to tell me that they couldn’t do anything about it. After telling them that I’ve contacted my lawyer, they told me they couldn’t talk to me. Go figure. The staff in the front office is rude and only care about themselves and the new prospects. I cannot wait to leave this place, it has been one of the worst experiences of my life and I’ve lived in a condo before living here and even their management was better. There are so many cars here now that don’t even live here and it’s impossible to find a parking space especially at night. The gym and pool were shut down for months only to reopen to the pool to “residents” but you see several people parking their cars and walking to access the pool who clearly don’t live here! the mansions at bayside did nothing to help relieve their clients no discount no apologies that was their “COVID” procedures which made zero sense if they weren’t going to continue to follow the rules since we are clearly still in this pandemic with people dying everyday, nothing even in force to battle this pandemic. To say they are the worst people I’ve ever dealt with is an understatement, don’t just walk but RUN away do not sign a lease with this complex!!!
