After a long day of looking at multiple apartments all over Dallas; there was one major difference, the attention and kindness that was shown at the mansions on the lake. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with kindness by the staff. Working with Alicia was pure luck, I’m glad the universe threw her in front of me. She was quick to call me on a Sunday when I scheduled my appointment, very understanding of my situation, and made sure that everything I needed in a living situation was taken into consideration. As we walked through the facilities seeing how tenants were quick to start conversations with her showed me that this was not something that was for show. Definitely made me feel like applying to live here was a good idea. I have never needed to wait for any answers, she’s quick to call with questions and good news. Alicia made the application process seamless with explanations and things to look out for. Don’t think I could have wished for an easier process.

WOW is the first word that comes to mind. I am about to move to the Dallas area and I reached out to Alicia about a home there and I was not only greeted with a kind and happy attitude but she made me feel at home already. There is a lot of stress that comes with moving and changing cities and to have someone be so nice and thorough was so refreshing. For an individual to make me feel relaxed during this change was nothing short of the word WOW. The customer service, responsiveness, and area are absolutely worth a visit. I have always been impressed with the Mansions and would recommend this to anyone looking.

I came here for a tour of the property with Alicia after falling in love with them online. Alicia was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and extremely helpful. When we were walking around the property she was saying hello to every resident that passed and you could tell she really loved her job and the residents. I ended up signing a lease the same day for my new beautiful home! ❤ Thank you so much for all your help. You made my decision so easy and fun!! I cant wait to move in and become apart of this wonderful community!

By far the best welcoming and helpful management staff Ive ever worked with. Alicia is my leasing agent and she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and I was taken care of. I toured, signed, and was approved all within one week! Talk about amazing!! She truly has been a blessing and so kind in such a stressful time. I highly recommend living here, and definitely ask for Alicia! Thank you Alicia!!!

Celeste was amazing to work with! She addressed all of my concerns and made the whole process so easy. She answered every question I had in a timely manner! If you are looking for a new place this is the best!
