Waters Edge Villas Apartments

Living at Water's Edge has been a great experience. It is a quiet and welcoming place to call home. Everything I have needed has been taken care of quickly and Tina in the front office is always so sweet and helpful. She is always willing to answer questions and help out. I could not ask for a better place to call my home!

We just renewed our lease with Tina & we are so happy! This apartment has been amazing and we've had no complaints!

I've lived at Water's Edge Villas — a peaceful and safe gated community — for almost five years. During the first couple of years of my residency, ownership changed hands and a few property managers came and left, so things were not always timely handled. However, since Tina (current property manager) arrived on the scene, responsiveness has greatly improved and nothing is left undone. Tina is professional, courteous, and efficient; and she jumps through hoops to keep tenants happy. Eric (maintenance) is polite and proficient. I frequently see him out early in the morning making sure the grounds are clean and well maintained. Tina and Eric are quite a dynamic duo!nThe community has been almost totally renovated during my residency, save the abodes of a couple long-term tenants. The renovation includes new flooring, appliances, and fixtures (blinds, etc.) in all residences. The color scheme is pleasant and comfortable.nCommunity amenities at Water's Edge include covered parking/garage (at an additional cost), a pool, playground, outdoor kitchen, and fitness center. The pool is typically open sometime in June through September (I believe), and is reasonably well maintained. The fitness center is only accessible through the pool area, and therefore is not always available. It would be great if the fitness center were more readily accessible…like a coded lock so tenants could have access at their convenience.nOverall, Water's Edge is a great place with wonderful people.
