In the two years I have lived here the office staff (manager) doesn't get involved in the community. They don't like to keep their residents informed. We would go days w/o ac, sometimes power. Now going on a week w no hot water. Security is a joke. Rims being stolen from car in parking lot. Murders around the building and people getting robbed walking to their car. The office doesn't like to take responsibility for anything let along keep the residents informed. And the management company well they're no better. If you want safety and management that care about the residents then keep looking.

My experience here has been great. Maria and Juanita are very sweet and helpful. They are very professional and are always on top of things! It is great to know the staff is here to help, it truly shows that they care for their residents!

I can honestly say that my children and I are comfortable and love our apartment. I have not had any issues with anyone and the neighbors are kind and respectful. My children also love the park. Also, the staff members and maintence people are very helpful and considerate. I have not had any issues with them. I would recommend friends to Bell Vida Apartments!!

The Ac’s been leaking for a week now. Nobody has came to fix it (they said they’d send someone every time we called). It just got fixed 2-3 weeks ago and started again. So we keep a bucket in the middle of the hallway while trying to keep 2 kids (under the age of 5) from running in their home. The floor is coming up in several parts of the apartment. Nothing gets FIXED properly so taping it down is the only solution we got. This apartment should be shut down. As previous reviews stated frequent power outages, smell of sewage from sinks, spraying white paint on mold,cameras not working and a person killed outside of someone’s apartment all true. You get less than what you pay for here so make sure your stay is temporary. We messed up by being her 2+ years.
