I live here and my stove broke down and I called the hotline for maintenance, while I was on hold it started giving examples of emergency fixes that needed to be as soon as possible and lucky enough the stove not working was on there; so I told them after a hour they said that it wasn't that I had to wait until Monday 3 days from when my stove broke down. I told them what I heard while I was on hold and they literally told me there was nothing they could do.

Management is HORRIBLE . they will only lease to their own family members or people who look a certain way . they dont fix anything . they just painted half the buildings 8 months ago . they JUST started the other half. And the job has been done fpr 7 months.

Great people great service. Didn't get what i wanted but love the area and service I got from the people in the office. Will be back to see if any availability on 1bed1bth.

Infested with Roaches, homeless ppl literally live by a tree, the gates are always open so anyone has access to get in.

My mom's car has been stolen and another one of her cars broken into when addressed to management there cameras only protect the office other than that they can't really see parking is horrible if u have any visitors they may have to park outside if the apts towing is bad over here they need a overall reconstruction apts are a bit old but a lil manageable
Similar place
