Different environment, i like my new spot, quiet and out the way. Decent price and nice space.
Amazing place to live. All bills paid. Lunch programs for children and amazing management.
I have lived here going on 5 years now.All of the apartments were updated.New Management is great.I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live.The property is well taken care of as far as maintenance and yard work.Close and convenient to schools,stores and public transit.Pets are allowed.At holiday time management always has great activities for the children,and during summer the free lunch program is available on site.nnUpdate:When apply to this property be 110% sure that everything on your application will check out,Otherwise you will lose your 350.00 deposit that you put up for the application process.Ignore any emails that you might get giving you the idea that your application cleared and you are moving in.
The staff at Spanish Timbers are fantastic. The office is very professional, especially Lisa and maintenance keeps the place looking great. I would highly recommend living here. Great value.
There Is A Lot Problems With The Reserved Parking Spot And The Cars They Have Already Took My Car 4 Times With The Reserving Parking Sticker And Im Tired With This Kind Of Issues The Only Thing Good Here Is The Maintenance Men But The Rest Is Too Bad
