If I could get zero starts I would. Terrible apartment and even worse staff. When you try to get things resolved, they say they will help the lie. I got my cat towed because of them and had to physically show them that I had been trying to get my parking pass for months so I could get it back for free. The Mexican lady’s in the front office are always lying and now that we are trying to get into another apartment they refuse to release our rental history. I am filling a report with the housing authority on this apartment.

Every time i go to these apartments they never there for me to inquire & they never answer the phone. Very poor customer service. But they are nice on the outside though

My now ex bf and his roommates live here i would stay for a few days and I they have alot of drug activities going on while i was there one night i had to call the police because i was approached by some strung out guy on drugs asking for sex for money I'm just glad nothing worst happened but that's been my experience just staying there I'm just glad I didn't move in to these apartments I think they are bad and not worth the price I've been living in motels for almost 9 years now but I'm moving really soon and there are alot more better apartments out there i like ones that are gated community's but I would not suggest moving into these

Im getting ready to sign my 3rd lease at these apartments. Now the apartments themselves are nothing spectacular. But for the prices what do you expect? The manager Irma and leasing agent Dante are both very helpful whenever i call. This is not your forever home but not too bad until you can figure out your next move.

I'm so happy to be joining the community.I received an approval in a timely manner and the management was very kind,friendly, and professional. The apartment it's self was nice ,clean and well kept. Looking forward to enjoying my new home with my family.THANKS ARROYO VISTA !!!
