Kim Stewart did an amazing job helping us find the right home in a great neighborhood and purchase it for only 1% over asking price in this absolutely crazy seller's market. She took the time to listen to our priorities and needs, stayed in constant communication, researched the market and neighborhoods, went to other experienced individuals on her team for advice and tactics to give us an edge over the competition, and truly invested herself personally in our search. She displayed the utmost professionalism combined with personal care and dedication that really made it feel like we had not only an experienced, savvy agent, but one who went the extra mile(s) to ensure our success and cared deeply about the outcome. About one month ago I was in search of a 4 bedroom 2 bath home to rent and had about 2 months to find a home that fit my criteria and time frame. Having never rented a home before and being a full time nursing student as well as working full time I felt so overwhelmed and hadn't even started the looking at homes process yet. Then 2 days after I sent an inquiry email regarding a possible home I received a call from Jill Miller, who is a Realtor at JB Goodwin, and little did I know God answered my prayers by sending Jill my way. There are not enough words that can express how amazing, sweet, understanding, wonderful and professional Mrs. Miller was. Within minutes of our first phone conversation she emailed me a list of 15 homes for us to view the following day. Jill went over and beyond to find the perfect home for my family. She made herself available 24/7 for me through the entire process and not once did she ever sound annoyed with all of my questions haha. I am extremely happy to say within a week and a half of working with Jill my family and I are now enjoying our beautiful new home. Christine Siemens was an absolute gem to work with! She was so professional and really took care of us. She was in contact with us almost every day about the rental market and responded immediately any time I contacted her. My husband and I have always had a bad experience in the past with realtors helping us with rentals. No one would give us the time of day since we only wanted to rent but Christine worked really hard to help us find exactly what we wanted. Would totally recommend!

My husband and I moved from Chicago and were looking for a home with specific requirements to fit our small family’s needs. We worked with Phyllis LaLonde choosing an area and a house that would be our perfect home. We were looking for a house that had an office and open concept and she delivered.
