Loved living here! Sam, Quinn, and the rest of the staff are kind, helpful, and professional. The complex is well maintained and beautiful. Parking can get a little full sometimes but that's a small price to pay for such a great community!

I would like to commend management, Quinn, on an outstanding job during our Texas deep-freeze. She single/handedly fielded calls and complaints as promptly as she could while being the only employee on site due to the road conditions. She patrolled for our safety at night. She tried to find lodging. She organized water for the complex. She did all this with a calm and reassuring temperament while also caring for her own family. This was an overwhelming task and she rose to the occasion with flying colors. Thank you to Quinn and thank you to upper management for recognizing leadership.

I have lived here for three years now and I could not imagine living anywhere else. On-site manager, Quinn, is a God send and truly cares about the people living here. She went building to building to spread sand on all of the stairs and walkways during the Winter Storm of 2021 to keep people from slipping on the ice, and she bent over backwards to move us into another apartment when our pipes burst and our apartment flooded from the freezing temps. She called multiple times after our move to make sure everything was okay and that we were safe from the storm and settling in. She handles any and all issues with professionalism and courtesy. Maintenance staff here is also the best anywhere. The entire complex is kept up beautifully and is very peaceful. It is conveniently located just far enough away from the city to not have to deal with city noise or traffic, but is close enough to access plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers. I wish upper management (off-site property management) was more involved and would implement cameras around the complex for safety, but other than that, I truly enjoy living here.

We would definitely recommend this community to anybody. we have lived here for a couple of years and we have really enjoyed it here. This community is very comfortable and offers a quiet lifestyle. We have nothing but good things to say about the maintenance staff, office management team and the community itself. Our favorite amenities are the pool in the summer and the cabana with a fireplace for small gatherings. It actually feels like a resort like community, it's great. Our standards are high, we are happy here. :)

Without reservation, I highly recommend the Hills at Fair Oaks. I have only been here a few weeks but this is my second time moving here. I first moved here two years ago. I had lived here for a year and loved it. Moving in, both times, was a breeze. The office staff are amazing! They are always friendly, welcoming and ready to meet my needs. They work together and are very interactive with tenants, especially compared to other apartments I have lived in. Maintenance is also great and the property is very well taken care of. No complaints. Thank you for all you do!
