We put Melissa Eason to the test with our search for a new house and she excelled in all aspects. She spent nine months showing us homes before we found the one that suited us best. Our criteria changed a few times, but she never faltered. She always exhibited a pleasant and professional attitude. Melissa is a great listener and communicator. We really enjoyed working with Paul as our realtor. In today's digital world, a buyer can do a lot of the searching and viewing online. However, Paul's decades of experience benefitted us in multiple other ways. For example, being new to Texas, we were unaware of the nuances of house orientation (to beat the Texas heat!) and foundation issues caused by the local soil. Paul's professional connections also provided us great services at reasonable prices. Paul was very patient and flexible. He checked out numerous homes for us as we were out of state, and was flexible in meeting with us Christmas week when we were in the area. He is also very responsive by phone, email, and text.
