Beware roaches!!! I lived in a house for 6 years and didn’t have roaches the entire building at Sierra had them and they wouldn’t do pest control but charged you for it!!! The swimming pool was green and closed as a result of it not being maintained! Dogs’ poop is everywhere and there is no type of effort to make owners clean up! Slow to respond to maintenance requests they have shady water bill tactics. Maintenance was nice Flor was nice they other two were the worst!!! I paid my bills on time but was not appreciated at all in Sierra Apartments they even tried to raise the rent $200 after my lease ended I just moved to a place that cost $500 more and left it as that. Stay away pay more if you have too but stay away!!!

I've lived in two different apartments in their complex. Initially in a one bedroom and then a 2 bedroom when I expanded my family. Their staff is very nice. The turn-around time for any type of service that needs to be done is usually within hours, but certainly in under 24 hours. I was thoroughly impressed with the service they provided. The rates are very affordable and they offer military discounts. Plenty of free unassigned parking spaces, but you do get a free assigned spot also. Overall, very satisfied and would certainly come back to live there again.

Great Staff! Great environment to live in. Great amenities! My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and have nothing negative to report. Maintenance is quick to respond even with emergencies. Feels safe with on property police. Pet friendly! Love that staff have some sort of event almost every month where they give to their residents!

What a great place to live at, me and my wife have been living here for a while. And we love it very much. The people are friendly and the service is great. We enjoyed every minute of it. Great neighborhood and amazing friends as well. We are planning to stay here forever.

The Sierra Apartments is a great place to live. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Anytime you have a question, or a concern they are always welcoming to help you and don’t make you feel like you’re a burden. The units are so nice and clean. They take extremely good care of the whole property. I would recommend this complex to everyone I know.
