Everyone is so nice. I love the service and how professional they are.
Called several times to make an appt, when i finally went, the lady I made an appt with wasn't even there. To top it off, the other lady just sitting down said she was busy. I guess they're over flowing with customers they don't need anymore. Never again!

Had a very pleasant time.Margarita was very friendly and funny. She made the time go by fast. Will definitely go back and ask for Margarita.
Went in for a quote/consultation today and margarita was very rude and almost seemed bothered I was there ( even though the salon was empty.) she was also rude and inpatient in helping with selection of color based on skin tone. She offered no advice. To top it off I was quoted $95 for long hair but when I got there she stated $160 (I know hair thickness matters too) but for this much and rudeness I’d rather spend $125 at Ulta and forgo this hostility. In addition did I mention this place only takes cash. Surprised this place had such great reviews. Never going back and recommending to all my friends to stay clear from this mess!
