The owner is awesome, the manager not so much. I'd rent from them because they do have excellent prices and locations. They have a cute little shop in the office location with unique art decor for your indoor or outdoor needs. The maintenance man is wonderful and will definitely stay on top of maintaining things that need to be done.

The office is a quiet little place the secretary in my book is number one come to find out she's property manager to you're pretty good people there
